So imagine my excitement keynoting for 2,000 leaders at Ochsner Health, on a circular stage, in the middle of a giant ballroom. My first keynote in the round! I’ll never forget the experience or the standing ovation. A big thank you to Ochsner Health for the incredible response to my message.
The moment that set the tone
Before I even stepped onto that round stage, I was in the audience listening to a patient share how Ochsner had changed her life. There wasn’t a dry eye in the ballroom. That moment set the tone for everything that followed.
