Jason is President and Co-founder of The Center for Generational Kinetics (CGK). Jason leads a research team that includes Ph.D.’s, strategists, consultants, a behavioral designer, and many more talented research leaders. In fact, there are four generations working in CGK’s office!

Jason co-founded The Center for Generational Kinetics, along with Dr. Denise Villa, to separate myth from truth about Gen Z, Millennials, and across generations. The Center is the leading Gen Z, Millennial, and generational research firm.

Jason and his team’s original research—quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral design—explores behaviors to understand the “why” behind each generation’s worldview, motivation, communication, and much more.

They also study each generation in the context of one another and in different geographies around the world. Jason has led research on four continents in multiple languages.

At any given time, Jason’s research team is leading 10 to 15 studies around the world. They look at everything from Gen Z employment best practices and Millennial buying influences to emerging trends across generations.

In addition, Jason’s qualitative research focuses on everything from designing a new life insurance product for Millennials, helping a CPG firm design new product packaging Gen Z will love, to working with a healthcare system on revitalizing the patient experience for every generation.
