Jason is President and Co-founder of The Center for Generational Kinetics (CGK). Jason leads a research team that includes Ph.D.’s, strategists, consultants, designers, and many more. In fact, there are four generations working on CGK’s team!

Jason and his team produce high-quality original research, both qualitative and quantitative, that focuses on hidden drivers to understand the “why” behind each generation’s worldview, motivation, communication, trust, influence, and much more.

At any given time, Jason’s research team is leading 10 to 15 studies around the world. They look at everything from what works best to recruit and retain Gen Z in a multi-generational workforce to how to drive repeat sales and loyalty with Millennials specific to each industry.

In addition, Jason’s qualitative research focuses on everything from designing a new life insurance product for Millennial parents to helping a CPG firm design new product packaging Gen Z will love and working with a healthcare system on revitalizing the patient experience to engage every generation.
