Keynoting H-E-B’s technology leadership event was a genuine highlight, and I got to share our latest generational research on bridging generations through technology and strategy.
I’m a superfan of H-E-B. This storied company does so much more than provide groceries. They show up for communities when it matters most. From hurricanes to floods and beyond, H-E-B sends 18-wheelers filled with needed supplies and volunteers to help those in need. That kind of rapid action in hard times shows exactly what it means to live your values and purpose.
Who I got to speak for at H-E-B
Given my enthusiasm for H-E-B and their mission, you can imagine how honored I was to keynote their technology leadership event! These are the incredible leaders making everything work behind the scenes: prescription refills, curbside pickup, Favor delivery, and so much more.
Their technology roadmap was inspiring, and speaking on their vibrant tech campus, right in my hometown, made it even more memorable. I told the participants that based on our family’s H-E-B app usage and Favor deliveries, they probably already knew we were superfans.
It was a highlight to share my latest research discoveries for bridging generations through technology and to join the innovation conversation with such mission-driven leaders.
