Honored to Keynote for SIBF for the Second Time!
I believe understanding and valuing global perspectives brings tremendous insights to leaders and organizations. This is why I was thrilled to keynote for SIBF for the second time—and receive a standing ovation from their audience of global business fellows! The other keynote speaker… Thomas Friedman! Wow. What an event, content, and what an audience of business thinkers!
Have you heard of The Society of International Business Fellows? They are an organization focused on driving deep understanding, sharing of ideas, and firsthand experiences that build relationships and foster connections for business leaders around the world.
SIBF’s members engage with every major global industry and are brimming with thinkers who influence global commerce. The audience was filled with business owners, CEOs, founders, academics, and wonderfully passionate people who care deeply about driving impact, understanding, and relationships around the world. In fact, we had several multigenerational businesses in the room!
For this global audience, I was honored to share my latest discoveries about Gen Z and generations with extra emphasis on the unexpected discoveries, behaviors, and hidden trends we’ve uncovered about Gen Z post-Covid. Gen Z’s rapid global emergence is ushering tremendous change, opportunity, and innovation that leaders globally are wisely seeking to understand.
I also shared how global organizations are much stronger when multiple generations are represented and when we give each generation the space to be who they are while bringing their talent, gifts, and perspectives to the workplace. I love speaking for SIBF and its wonderful members. They ask great questions, are deeply engaged, and are passionate about learning.
BIG huge thanks to the entire SIBF team for leading such an amazing, welcoming, inclusive event and fostering wonderful community engagement. It was an honor to be back for a second time!
