I’ve had the honor to see this incredible leadership in action many times, from their corporate HQ to their amazing events. This year’s fantastic COACH Store Managers Conference brought together their store leaders and corporate team members to build on the momentum, excitement, innovation, and fantastic culture. These leaders run stores across the country, delighting customers every day and creating unforgettable brand moments.

What stood out in that packed hotel ballroom?
