Visionary leaders know this, which is why I was thrilled that Camden Property Trust, an industry leader in multifamily housing, partnered with our team at CGK to lead a groundbreaking nationwide study on trends in the multifamily housing workforce.
When you add new, statistically accurate data, you fill a massive industry gap by helping the industry move from guessing to designing strategies grounded in research-backed insights.
The best part? I got to present the findings to Camden’s leaders from across the U.S. at their annual meeting—and the response was fire!
Being part of the team leading this study fired up all of us at CGK—because every one of us has lived in an apartment (or in my case, many apartments!). It was incredibly exciting to shine a light on the outstanding career opportunities, benefits, and growth potential of working in multifamily housing across the U.S.
As many of you know, when I went from sleeping on the floor of a tiny garage apartment to moving into my first “real” apartment, it was a huge day for me. One I’ll never forget. Getting to uncover the missing insights that shape the multifamily workforce nationally was a tremendous honor—and I’m grateful to do it in support of Camden’s mission to be a fantastic place to work, build a career, and be part of a thriving culture.
