Grateful to Keynote for HEB’s Technology Leadership Event!
I am a superfan of H-E-B. This storied company does so much more than provide groceries, they show up for communities when it matters most.
From hurricanes to floods and beyond, HEB sends 18-wheelers filled with needed supplies, while also providing volunteers to help those in need. That kind of rapid action in such difficult times shows exactly what it means to live your values and purpose.
Given my enthusiasm for HEB and their mission, you can imagine how honored I was to keynote their technology leadership event!
These are the incredible leaders making everything work behind the scenes—prescription refills, curbside pickup, FAVOR delivery, and so much more. Their technology roadmap was inspiring, and speaking on their vibrant tech campus (right in my hometown!) made the experience even more memorable.
I told the participants that based on our family’s H-E-B app usage and FAVOR deliveries…they probably already knew we were superfans.
It was a highlight to share my latest research discoveries for bridging generations through technology and strategy—and to be part of the innovation conversation with such mission-driven leaders.
A big thank you to the entire H-E-B and Favor Delivery teams! You’re not just powering tech, you’re fueling connection, service, and real community impact. My family knows it, and so does the entire state of Texas!
And yes, the surprise H-E-B swag was awesome (Rya called dibs on it immediately).
