Honored to Speak for FHLBDM

Homeownership and banking are deeply interconnected—and that connection has never mattered more than it does right now.

That’s why the work of the Federal Home Loan Bank system is so important across the U.S.

FHLB helps people achieve homeownership, expands access to housing, and supports liquidity that keeps our financial system moving. Or, to put it in “Jason speak,” FHLB leaders spend their days solving tough challenges that make it possible for families like yours and mine to buy a home. Their work is complex, ever-changing, and absolutely essential in communities nationwide.

That’s why I was so fired up to keynote Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines’ annual conference for banking leaders and industry stakeholders across their region. This fantastic event brought together hundreds of leaders for real conversations, new ideas, and a powerful look at where banking, innovation, and housing are headed next.

During my keynote, I shared our latest generational research around the future of workforce, banking, and technology, including:

The biggest, hidden generational trends emerging right now

  • How Gen Z vastly differs from the national media headlines
  • The value each generation brings to organizations, from Z to BB!
  • Practical insights leaders can use immediately with their teams

I had a blast—sharing discoveries, moving through the audience during my presentation, and continuing the dialogue afterward. The energy was incredible! The FHLB Des Moines team knows how to create a learning experience that’s insightful, engaging, and memorable.

Huge high-five to the entire FHLB Des Moines team and the broader FHLB system, as well as the AMAZING team at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. The work you do makes a real difference—and it was an honor to be part of your event!
