Keynoting from FINRA’s TV Studio to 2,000+ Leaders!
Check out this behind-the-scenes video from FINRA’s TV studio!!! The energy on the set was amazing!! This was an exciting live virtual event because 2,000+ leaders registered and because FINRA is the regulator responsible for protecting everyday investors like me.
This event was special because my first “real” job was in financial services! At that job, I learned the deeply important role financial professionals serve in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals and make informed financial decisions.
Speaking at the summit was also exciting because I shared my latest research into each generation, why *every* generation is equally important, and how understanding each generation enables leaders to unlock talent across their organization. I was fired up during the one-hour live broadcast presentation!
Plus, they had huge LED screens with live polls on different walls in the studio, which was a blast(!) for me to reference and use while speaking. A huge thanks to the amazing production crew behind the scenes who made all the magic happen perfectly and seamlessly!
The best part: I got to answer questions LIVE from the virtual attendees. The questions went deep into topics from AI and Gen Z to specific strategies leaders can use immediately to bridge generations fast and at no cost.
I want to extend a BIG high-five to the entire FINRA summit team and their amazing production crew for their planning, attention to detail, and the energy they brought to their studio.
