The Center for Generational Kinetics:
A Global Research Firm —

Jason co-founded The Center for Generational Kinetics (CGK) with Dr. Denise Villa to provide the actionable and missing behavioral insights leaders need to know to unlock the potential of every generation.

Jason and his team lead original, statistically accurate research that focuses on uncovering the hidden behavioral drivers necessary to fuel new results with consumers, employees, and leverage emerging trends.

CGK’s research team analyzes a variety of variables for every study—including using Generational Context™—to uncover missing insights. The studies take into account the impact of geography and many other factors, from education level and current employment status to income, aspirations, background, and more. Jason’s quantitative studies usually include at least 1,000 participants—sometimes many more—and generally have a margin of error of +/-3.1 or less.

Jason has led primary research on four continents in multiple languages.
